GALS is a computerized accounting system used to track information related to Grants & Loans and their associated disbursements and repayments. The system is intended to be used state-wide within the State of Wyoming by an agency that gets Federal or State funding for grants and/or loans. CAI contracted with the Wyoming State Lands in June 2002 to complete requirements analysis, data modeling, database design, and development of a Windows .NET-based application.
